          6. Born Eithne Ni Bhraonain (pronounced Enya Brennan) on May 17, 1961, in Gweedore, County Donegal, Ireland; daughter of Lee O.           Enya has become a top-selling artist by transforming her background in classical music training and her roots in Irish folk music into a unique Celtic/New Age blend.
